Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship outcome-based skill training scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). SuccessR is affiliated with PMKVY for its successful implementation, with the objective of enabling and mobilizing a large number of Indian youth to take up outcome-based skill training, making them employable and able to earn a livelihood. The program facilitates skill certification and reward schemes—under this scheme, monetary rewards are provided to trainees who are successfully trained, assessed, and certified in skill courses run by training providers.

Key features of the PMKVY are:

- Training will be conducted based on standards (National Occupational Standards – NOS and Qualification Packs – QPs).

- Transparent funding of skill training, with monetary rewards directly transferred to the trainee’s bank account.

- Skill training targets will be demand-driven.

- Targets will be aligned with national flagship programs and regions.

- PMKVY will primarily target school dropouts after class 10 and class 12.

- Recognition of prior learning, including employees from the informal sector.

- A robust regime for registering training providers.

- Focused awareness-building and mobilization activities.

Telecom Sector Skill Council

The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a non-profit organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Set up under the aegis of the National Skill Development Corporation, TSSC is an industry-led apex body formed to ensure the availability of adequate skilled manpower to boost growth and productivity in the Telecom sector.

SuccessR is affiliated with and certified by TSSC as a master trainer to carry out training batches.

Retailer Association’s Skill Council of India

The Retailer Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI) is a not-for-profit, independent public limited organization established under Section 25 of the Companies Act. Funded by the Government of India, with equity participation from the Retailer’s Association of India, RASCI serves as the Apex Skill Development Council for the retail industry.

RASCI is a collaborative and comprehensive source of retail expertise and independent advice for industry, training organizations, educational institutions, certifying bodies, employees, students, and jobseekers about skill development in the retail industry.
