Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) @ SuccessR:


Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform designed to acknowledge informal learning or learning gained through work, giving it equal value to formal education. RPL aims to appreciate prior learning, regardless of how it was achieved. In essence, RPL is a process that assesses an individual's prior learning, emphasizing the importance of outcomes over the learning process itself. To ensure that candidates assessed under RPL are aligned with the standardized NSQF levels, the QP-NOSs used will be the same as those followed in fresh training. RPL places special focus on recognizing prior competencies and provides certification and monetary rewards upon successful assessment.
